This privacy policy applies to personal data that is processed by Katrine Moe Foto following a contract for photography.

Katrine Moe Foto, which undertakes tasks in the contract, is obliged to safeguard your privacy.

Personal information is information that can be linked to you as an individual. It can be names and other contact details, order and payment details and not least photos that are covered by the rules on personal data.

For us, it is important that you know what type of information we collect, and how we safeguard your privacy.

Purpose

Katrine Moe Foto processes information about the Client in order to fulfill the contract for photography, to be able to offer the images when ordering at a later date, as well as for marketing its own business.

Basis for processing personal data

We process your personal data to fulfill our obligations under the contract, cf. personal data protection regulation art. 6 no. 1 b), as well as to offer the images at a later date and for marketing one's own business, cf. personal data protection regulation art. 6 no. 1 a).

How we use the personal data:

Ordinary contact details etc. is used by Katrine Moe Foto only to fulfill the contract and offer the images at a later order time. Photos are used in addition to marketing the business, and will in some cases be posted on our website, accessible to the public. Beyond this, the personal information will not be shared with others.

Katrine Moe Foto undertakes to store the photographs for a minimum of 10 years. The images will be deleted after 20 years, unless otherwise agreed. The customer can demand deletion at any time they wish, regardless of the aforementioned. Personal data will not be stored for longer than is necessary for the purpose or what is required by law.

Your rights
You have the right to request access to, and correction or deletion of, personal data, or restriction of processing, to object to the processing, as well as the right to data portability. You have the right to withdraw consent to the processing at any time without it affecting the legality of a processing based on a consent before the consent is withdrawn. You also have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
